How to get technical supportOur support analysts are available by e-mail and fax from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, and by phone beginning at 6:30 a.m. If you have any questions or problems with the software, here's how to get help: User documentation. Complete user documentation is available in the form of the FabTrol MRP Help System. To access this information from within the software itself, press the F1 key. Or choose FabTrol MRP Help from the Help menu. Support by e-mail. E-mail is often the fastest way to get your support questions answered. Just send a detailed message (with relevant file attachments up to 5MB) to support@fabtrol.com. Support by fax. For questions related to reports and other documents, it is useful to fax the relevant printouts. Our support fax number is (541) 485-4302.
