REEDSPORT, OR - Wave power developers planning a project off the Oregon Coast now have the nation's only federal permit to develop a commercial wave power park. The first buoy is being built by companies in Oregon, including Oregon Ironworks in Clackamas, Vigor Marine in Portland, and American Bridge in Gardiner.

SH Structures wins contract to build giant steel horses heads

NORTH YORKSHIRE - North Yorkshire based steelwork contractor SH Structures has ridden off with the contract to fabricate giant steel horses heads, known as the Kelpies. The two 30-metre high Kelpies, the name for a mythical Scottish water horse, are being created by sculptor Andy Scott as part of the Helix Project in Scotland.
